What this site is for
Tourist E Visa is an editorial reference for travellers applying for tourist electronic visas. We write country- and nationality-specific guides that explain the official e-visa process, the documents each government asks for, the real fees, and the turnaround times you can actually expect.
We are not a visa agency. We do not charge service fees. We do not submit applications on your behalf. The application happens on the government’s own portal, directly between you and the country you are visiting.
How the guides are written
Every country guide is anchored to the official government e-visa programme. We read the rules as the issuing authority publishes them, track the fees and eligible nationalities as they change, and cross-check against the experience of people who have recently applied. Where processing times or document requirements differ between nationalities, we split the guidance out so you are reading the version that applies to your passport.
What we will not do
- We will not add a markup to the government fee. You pay exactly what the official portal charges.
- We will not recommend third-party agencies or “express” services. Most of them charge for work the government already does for free.
- We will not guarantee approval. No one can — the decision sits with the issuing country’s immigration authority.
Keeping things current
Visa policy changes often. New nationalities get added to eligibility lists, fees rise or fall, processing times flex with demand. We review each active country guide on a rolling schedule and update in place. Every guide carries the date it was last reviewed so you can see how recent the information is before you apply.
