Spotted an error or out-of-date detail?
Visa rules shift without much warning. If you notice a fee, a document requirement, or an eligibility rule that no longer matches what the official portal shows, we want to hear about it. Please open the country guide where you spotted the issue and use the feedback section on that page to send us the correction, ideally with a link to the official source.
Press, partnerships, or syndication
We respond to press enquiries and good-faith partnership requests. Please include the publication or organisation name, the specific topic or guide you are interested in, and a rough timeline. A form for general enquiries will be added here shortly.
Where we are not
We are not on Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, or any messaging app. Anyone contacting you in our name on those channels is not us. Treat unsolicited offers to “speed up” an application as suspect — the official portals do not delegate that work.
